Our machinery and equipment is constantly being updated. BSB has the appropriate technology for every task – whether tube laser cutting machines, sheet metal laser cutting machines, laser-stamping combinations or CNC punching machines and CNC folding machines for an extremely wide range of requirements and production tasks.

Our machines are connected directly with an automated sheet metal warehouse. From there the raw material is delivered via a transfer system to the appropriate unit which then immediately begins machining. This method ensures that exactly the right part is at the right place at the right time. The result is a trouble-free production sequence, process-optimization without the slightest waste of time.

Our machines provide the ideal complete solution for deburring, folding, forming, pressing, thread-cutting and pin welding for the further processing of your sheet metal parts – both in small and large volumes.

Our techniques for sheet metal processing:

  • Tube laser cutting
    Especially time-saving and cost-effective. All-round cutting of tubes. Ideal for creating modular construction systems. 
    Laser performance: 2 kW; max. sheet thickness: 6.4 mm
  • Sheet metal laser cutting 
    Very economical for small batch sizes. Accurate, quick and individual – this technique creates an almost endless variety of forms. 
    Cutting performance: 6 kW, max. sheet thickness: 25 mm for steel, 20 mm for stainless steel, 12 mm for aluminium, working range: 2 m x 4 m, high pressure (free of oxide) or normal pressure.
  • CNC punching/nibbling
    Several production steps in one operation, especially efficient for parts with a large number of breakthroughs, deformations and drill holes. 
    Punching force: 22 tonnes, max. sheet thickness: 8 mm, thread-forming: M4, M5, M6, M8,
    Working area: 1.5 m x 3 m
  • Folding 
    Folding offers many advantages including angle accuracy and economical use of materials. 
    Pressing force: 320 tonnes, max. bending length: 4.20 m, ready for production 
    using 3D CAD system

Modern laser cutting machines offer numerous opportunities ranging from complex contours to precise cutouts, engravings and templates.

Sheet thicknesses of up to 25 mm can be processed easily on our plants.
