With the help of our integrated management system (IMS), we are continuously improving. We continuously improve our environmental performance, avoid environmental pollution and optimise the energy efficiency of our plants. We are committed to the climate targets of the European Union. We want to make our contribution to reducing greenhouse gases as far as possible.

All products, processes and procedures are assessed under the aspects of “Quality”, “Environment”, “Energy consumption”, and “Safety” in the planning environment and at the workplaces.
We carry out risk analyses and eliminate identified faults. We identify the quality, energy, and environmental aspects in the company and derive appropriate targets from them. This ensures continuous improvement in the areas of quality, environment, and energy-related performance. For the achievement of the goals, the corresponding resources are made available by the company management.

TESTING AND MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY.
3D-COORDINATE MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY.
Reliable and consistent, this measurement technique delivers traceable results. Thanks to sophisticated software, testing and inspection times are reduced throughout the entire manufacturing process.
We grind and polish our test pieces of steel, stainless steel or aluminium joints. They can be analysed and archived thanks to the digital microscope. An integrated measurement module improves the evaluation of the microsections.
PRESSURE AND LEAK TESTING.
The most important quality criterion of our containers – their leakproofness – is manually tested by means of a dive immediately after welding, for every individual unit.
VISUAL INSPECTION OF INSIDE COATING.
We also attach importance to the quality internally. For example, we test the internal coatings of our containers with the same diligence as the external coatings.
We inspect steel, stainless steel and aluminium with a microfocus X-ray system. Absolutely reliable and traceable.
Tensile testing is a standardized standard method in materials testing. The tensile strength, elongation at break, yield point and other material parameters are determined. The material is stretched evenly at a constant rate until it breaks. The values for the technical material parameter result from the force used and the changed length.
